Account Manager (CRM/Loyalty)
Job Description

The Account Manager will provide strategic recommendations to ensure customer marketing program meet the business objective. He/She is responsible for coordinating all day-to-day account servicing efforts for several accounts. Reporting to Senior Account Manager and/or Account Director, the Account Manager will be the main contact between account servicing, technical and operational team leaders and represents all to provide the highest quality of work in time and budget. The Account Manager will enhance existing client relationships; supervise team activities and will be responsible for overall account servicing.

Specific Duties

To oversee and manage CRM programs, takes a proactive role in account planning, development, tracking and measurements:

  • Oversee the development of marketing programs with budget and schedules
  • Planning and developing program enhancement proposals and strategies
  • Plan and design promotions, manage implementation and reporting
  • Develop strategic ways to increase program performance and measure ROI
  • Managing program reports, documents and presentations
  • Maintaining overall quality control on deliverables
Position Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in business or marketing or equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CRM agencies
  • Experience in CRM, Loyalty program management and Campaign Analysis
  • Experience in planning, executing and managing campaigns and promotions for Consumers
  • Understands all aspects of marketing program management with ability to conceptualize, develop, execute and measure promotions
  • Project Management skills are essential
  • Open to Singaporean

Senior Account Executive / Account Executive (CRM/Loyalty)
Job Description

The Account Executive / Senior Account Executive is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day account servicing efforts for several accounts.   • Key account representative for the company and Clients
  • Services Client on day-to-day basis to ensure all deliverables are met
  • Plan and design promotions, manage implementation and reporting
  • Managing program reports, documents and presentations
  • Maintaining overall quality control on deliverables
Position Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in business or marketing or equivalent qualifications in Database Marketing or Loyalty marketing preferred
  • Experience in running and managing programs for end-users Consumers, businesses and channels is an added advantage
  • Experience in planning, executing and managing online campaigns, events, microsites, DMs for acquisition and activation programs will be a definite advantage
  • Must have excellent client handling skills including oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Understands all aspects of marketing program management with ability to conceptualize, develop, execute and measure promotions
  • Able to work with various teams such as technical, operations and external agencies
  • Experience in CRM, Loyalty program management and Data Analysis or online campaigns, events, microsites, DMs for acquisition and activation programs will be a definite advantage
  • Candidate with Minimum 3 year of relevant work experience will be considered for Senior Account Executive position
  • Open to Singaporean
